If you like solar lamps for your garden or terrace but you're wary of the power of lighting that they usually give, this article is for you.

In places with many hours of sunshine such as Andalusia or the south of Spain we have the opportunity to take advantage of a clean and ecological source of energy such as sunlight.  Nowadays its uses are becoming increasingly wide and varied: water heating, electricity, irrigation, transport... and, of course, indoor and outdoor illumination.
Picturesolar and rechargeable floor lamp manufactured and designed in Spain.
OKINAWA outdoor lamps not only harness the sun's energy, but they will also give you that natural touch that every terrace or garden needs. Read on to find out why OKINAWA garden lamps are making a big splash this season.

Organic design.

Natural is in fashion in all areas and outdoor decoration is no exception. The OKINAWA lamps are made of sturdy lacquered bamboo to give your garden an organic touch.

Combine them with a wooden garden table or braided fibre armchairs and you will see how your outdoor space takes on another dimension.

The OKINAWA series of garden lighting consists of two different models: the floor lamp and the portable lantern.

The floor lamp is designed for both indoor and outdoor use. It is equipped with a wide wooden base for extra stability and has a practical side tray.

The OKINAWA quinqués are made of hand-assembled bamboo slats and have a steel handle for easy moving.  Dare to combine several quinqués in the same environment, you will see how you flood your outdoor space with harmony.

No wires needed.

OKINAWA lamps have a built-in solar panel at the top that will allow you to place them anywhere without having to think about plugs or cables. Its 900-lumen CHERRY bulbs do not need to be installed, just bring it close to the lamp and it will adhere to it thanks to its magnetised base.

As if that wasn't enough, OKINAWA also incorporates a remote control with which you can turn it on or off whenever you want or regulate its intensity. If you have several models, you can even synchronise a remote control so that it can be used in several lamps.

What if there is no sun?

Don't worry if there are a couple of cloudy days in a row, at PATIO we have thought of everything. OKINAWA lamps can be recharged with any cable that has a USB 3.0 input (like most mobile devices). This way, you will always have light at any time and under any circumstances.

Where does the name "Okinawa" come from?

"Okinawa" is the name given to a Japanese archipelago of 160 islands in the Pacific Ocean. It is one of those magical places where the inhabitants are particularly long-lived: 68 per 100,000 inhabitants, three times as many as in some parts of the United States. This is why Okinawa is the subject of studies in various disciplines: nutrition, psychology, environment...
Many Okinawans  practice Ikigai, a tool that helps them to actively seek a purpose in life in order to be happier and clear in their decisions.

Experts claim that this keeps older people busy and active, which can extend life by up to 7 years.

Thank you Fernando for opening the paths of knowledge for us.
In addition to decoration and ecology, we also learn human geography.
Not all is about design furniture for gardens, outdoor swings, barbecues and cheap furniture.

Hello Marco;
In the universe everything is connected to each other. We personally love these solar lamps, they are not only very decorative but also help the environment. It is important that they are also made of biodegradable materials, like the fibre sofas, armchairs and canteens that you can find in PATIO shops.
We keep talking to each other.
