Our PATIO centre in Estepona hosts the exhibition MUTATIS MUTANDIS by Seville photographer José J. Abaurre

​"Mutatis Mutandis is a Latin phrase that means 'having changed what needs to be changed'.
A lifetime working on photography commissions for advertising and having to keep to a script –which is often strict, inflexible and conditioned by many different circumstances– have allowed me to, in this second stage of my professional life, express my own perspective but without this having to be a faithful reflection of reality.
I turn this reality around as I see fit (my reality), using modern digital tools and my repertoire of knowledge and experience.
I play around with different techniques and themes, without locking myself into a style that prevents me from growing and evolving."

​The MUTATIS MUTANDIS exhibition displays photographic works using new digital printing techniques on different materials, all of which have undergone rigorous quality assurance. This ensures they will never discolour under normal lighting and conservation conditions. This technique can be used to create works that, in accordance with the material chosen, allow us to decorate a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom or even an outdoor terrace.

The MUTATIS MUTANDIS exhibition will be open to the public at PATIO Top Garden Furniture centre in Estepona during normal opening hours, through to 28th June 2020.
